SUMMARY - Our UNIQUE YARROWIA YEAST - must not be confused with Brewer's yeast - which is made from a one-celled fungus called Saccharomyces cerevisiae and is a by-product of brewing beer.
Unlike Brewers Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast) - Yarrowia lipolytica yeast, uses fatty acids and its derivatives as a source of carbon and energy. Yarrowia lipolytica yeast is extremely efficient at delivering nutrients into the horses body.
